I'm using Golden High Flow acrylics.  Lots of fun to see the Titanium White "float" over darker background colors!

My technique comes from the Absentee Artist chapter of Creative Paper Art by Nancy Welch; it's also shown on Pat Dews' DVD Designing Great Starts with Texture and Form (available at Cheap Joe's Art Supplies.)
