Debi Adams and FERNS 6

S313 Woodcut Roses, a stencil designed by Desiree Habicht, was -- in an act of artistic genius -- used by artist Debi Adams alongside my 6" x 6" stencil Ferns 6 in the artworks below:

Dots and Dashes, designed by Jessica Sporn, was used in creating the borders.

Mary Ann Russo's Beautiful Art Journal-in-Progress, Continued

Returning happily to the art-journal-in-progress by my friend Mary Ann Russo, I'm delighted to show more examples of her work in the detail close-up shots below:

Done on heavyweight, cold press watercolor paper, Mary Ann's dimensional art was made with Liquitex flexible modeling paste, yellow acrylic paint and my 9" x 12" stencil Swatton Borders # 1.

Artist Jade Adams and BRANCHING BLOSSOMS SILHOUETTE

I can't find enough good adjectives to express how much I love this artwork by Jade Adams --

Stunning!  Creative!  I could go on and on.  

I'm proud to say that to create this, Jade chose my 9" x 12" stencil Branching Blossoms Silhouette.

Lisa Dobry's Tags!

Lisa Dobry has done some tag-painting that I was delighted to see.  For one tag, she used my 9"x12" stencil Queen Anne's Lace -- in a very creative way ...  

... and she produced the white highlights shown above with one of the Organic Roots stencils by Carol Wiebe.  

Lisa Dobry also made these amazing tags --

-- using several StencilGirl stencils, including -- on the far right -- my 9" x 12" Clustered Leaves to lay in the white-and-pink background.  The blue foreground was made with Joanne Sharpe's Whimsey Script Stencil.

Also shown above are prints made with Tall Birds Stencil by Terri Stegmiller and a cluster of other great stencils, all available at StencilGirlProducts.com. 

Queen Anne's Lace stencil, in its entirety, looks like this --

I'm not on Instagram yet, but I'll be looking into that.  Meanwhile, Nancy Sanderson Curry has delighted me yet again -- mind you, she delights me every time she posts her artwork of any kind because she's a gifted artist I would love to emulate -- but this item wins a special thank-you from me because she used one of my stencils, 9" x 12" Clustered Leaves.

FANTASIA

As I'm prone to do, I've cut my 9" x 12" stencil Fantasia into pieces.  When this stencil first came out, one of the StencilGirl Stencil Club members commented that it reminded her of "vertebrae, up close and personal!"

Her comment came back to me when I was finishing this mixed-media piece on stretched canvas.  As result, its title is Growing Backbone.

IT'S A JUNGLE OUT THERE Teamed with Wendy Aikin's CRAZED STENCIL

Crazed Stencil, by Wendy Aikin, is the more prominent stencil that I used in making this mixed-media artwork on stretched canvas:

I also used pieces of my 9"x 12" stencil It's A Jungle Out There.

Yes, I send many of my stencils to the "chop-shop" so I can more easily use smaller parts of them.  

Encore: Trish McKinney's LINE WAVES Stencil

I'm back once more with Line Waves by Trish McKinney. 

This time, I used this lovely 9" x 12" stencil to add interest to an older artwork of mine, originally made with Crop Circles, my Stencil Club Stencil-Set-of-the-Month set of June, 2015.

Trish's stencil was used in the bottom third, mostly on the right.
